There are three shipping methods that the company uses. With parcel shipping, the order will arrive within 1 business day to 7 business days depending on whether you have selected economy, standard, expedited, or premium. The company supports a single ship to address one order. You can visit your profile to see the delivery dates on your orders.
If the items you have ordered weigh more than 145 pounds, they will be sent by oversized shipping. The orders usually arrive within 8-10 days and you will get a call or an email informing you of the arrival date. You can also change the delivery date. The third delivery method is postal service and it’s the most time taking method.
One day before your delivery, they will call you with a 2-hour delivery time window. You can go to the order center to change your delivery date and you can also change the address from there.
If you order from Sears, only one delivery charge will be charged per order, doesn’t matter how many items you order. Installation is not included in the delivery and you can see the delivery charge in your shopping cart. Delivery is available on a range of items.
